Golden State Dermatology is a physician-led and owned dermatology group rapidly expanding across California, with over 45 locations. We are a leading medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology group specializing in skin, hair, and nail conditions, Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer, surgical and non-surgical cosmetic skincare, anti-aging, body contouring, and plastic surgery. Your Role: As a Medical Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of two active dermatology offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent patient experience. Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Team Management: Supervise a team of 20+ Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Operational Oversight: Ensure high-quality, efficient operations for a larger office with several providers and a single-provider office. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with corporate teams to manage financials, operations, and strategic practice improvements. Innovative Growth: Develop programs to enhance medical quality, customer satisfaction, and clinic profitability. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in medical-surgical office management, preferably with Dermatology or Cosmetic services experience. Expertise in front and back office supervision and operations. Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and decision-making based on performance metrics. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; experience with eClinicalWorks or Modernizing Medicine is a plus! Multi-facility management experience and a passion for team training and development. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
