General Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative activities of the offices. Ensures the practice is running smoothly and proficiently. Provide cost saving measures by running more efficiently and reducing operating costs. Essential Job Functions: Oversees the operations of the division. Oversees the general direction, organize, supervise and be responsible for personnel and activities of all divisional departments. Assists with business planning, recruitment and training of the staff. Approves payroll for the division. Provides guidance and support to the OL team while building relationships practice wide. Participate in the development and administration of goals, objectives and procedures. Maintain adequate staffing coverage for the designated locations. Provide feedback consistent feedback to staff. Completes and conducts annual performance reviews. Conflict management with impartial resolutions. Promote and assist in the development of the OL offices and new office sites. Assist in marketing Ortho Louisville, providers and locations to local businesses and other healthcare providers. Maintain adequate supplies for daily operations. Participate in establishing and carrying out divisional financial and budgetary activities. Participate in preparing and reporting on clear and concise administrative and financial reports. Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences in proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals. Manage general activities related to the services provided. Consult with and maintain effective working relationships with other executives, providers and Board members. Maintain the facilities in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and requirements. Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and all other regulatory requirements. Complies with and promotes compliance of company policies and procedures. Assist in operational policies and procedures governing the department. Perform other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the practice.
