About The Position

A Practice Manager manages the day-to-day business operations of a medical clinic. Their duties include ensuring the practice provides reliable customer service, overseeing staff recruitment and training, and managing budgets This is a unique opportunity to build a career in medical technology operations management, with no prior industry experience required. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 + years of management or leadership experience, particularly in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
• Backgrounds such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager and Restaurant General Managers have been proven to be great fits.
• Taking ownership of team, office, and patient outcomes involves being proactive and accountable in leading your team and managing the office efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• People in the following industries have transitioned into this role with remarkable success: restaurants, high-end retail, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency
• Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating clinical staff like receptionists and medical support staff, creating staff schedules and managing time off
• Collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care and address practice challenges
• Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints
