The Practice Manager provides day-to-day practice management oversight to all directly reporting HRPAS community-based practices. This role involves setting annual goals, monitoring performance, and presenting findings and recommendations to the Director. The Manager supervises office managers, office coordinators, and clinical and support staff, ensuring physicians have adequate day-to-day practice support, supplies, and equipment in each practice. As a backup, the Manager will assume advanced office tasks such as computerized scheduling templates, precerting procedures or hospitalization, and scheduling surgery, demonstrating independent decision-making abilities. The position ensures practice compliance with accurate and timely billing and AR follow-up, focusing on the more effective utilization of resources, provision of high-quality service to customers, and the expansion and development of HRPAS. The Manager also assures that health services provided through HRHS are consistent with the overall Mission, goals, and objectives of HRPAS/HRHS, aligning with values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Hospitality, Holistic Approach, Stewardship, and Collaboration.
