About The Position

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for overseeing all of the administrative and business operations of assigned practice(s). Maintains and fosters practice success by hiring employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the budgets of the practices, as well as fostering effective communication to team, providers, and senior leadership. Responsible for encouraging high performance of employees and establishing efficient workflows, policies and procedures to ensure vision of the East TN Children’s Hospital.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 - 7 years healthcare management experience supervising a minimum of 10 employees preferred
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with staff and providers.
• Strong decision making skills and attention to detail a plus.
• Strategic and "big picture" thinker.
• Efficient, organized, and resourceful.
