About The Position

The Practice Manager serves as the primary leader of the clinic, responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations while driving strategic initiatives that align with ENT Specialty Partners’ (ESP) organizational goals. This role combines operational oversight with a strong, consistent presence in the day-to-day workflow, allowing the manager to stay closely connected to the team and clinic performance. The Practice Manager collaborates closely with Operations, Human Resources, and Physician leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, engaged teams, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Practice Manager is a key culture carrier and business driver, championing growth, team development, and an outstanding patient experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3 – 5+ years of healthcare leadership or clinic management experience, ideally in a specialty care setting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and practice management/EHR systems.
  • Experience managing operational performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Operations & Oversight: Provide on-site leadership and direct involvement in daily clinic operations to ensure alignment with ESP’s service standards and best practices.
  • Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation across both front and back-office teams.
  • Ensure appropriate delegation and accountability within the practice to maintain operational excellence.
  • Manage staff schedules, timesheets, and coordinate performance reviews.
  • Proactively identify workflow challenges and lead process improvements.
  • Leadership & Strategic Execution: Lead the clinic in alignment with broader organizational goals, ensuring effective execution of initiatives and high team engagement.
  • Serve as a key liaison to Operations leadership, offering insight into clinic needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Support provider onboarding and integration of new services or technologies into clinic workflows.
  • Partner with the ESP Recruitment Team and internal stakeholders to support the hiring process, including candidate interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
  • Use clinic-level data and reporting to track performance, patient access, and operational outcomes.
  • Team Development & Culture: Cultivate a positive, accountable team environment that prioritizes collaboration and patient-centered care.
  • Guide staff development through active coaching, mentorship, and cross-training opportunities.
  • Reinforce company policies and support consistent performance expectations.
  • Partner with the ESP Recruitment Team and internal stakeholders to support the hiring process, including candidate interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
  • Support recognition and engagement activities that build a strong, unified culture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as HIPAA, OSHA, and internal operational policies.
  • Provide oversight for benefit verifications, authorizations, and documentation accuracy to minimize risk and support reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and Compliance, when needed for audits, training, or policy updates.
  • Patient Experience & Community Presence: Serve as a visible leader and point of contact for escalated patient concerns or service recovery.
  • Monitor patient feedback, encourage ongoing improvement, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Partner with the Marketing & Communications team on local outreach, community events, and brand awareness.
  • Support and maintain strong referral and community relationships to enhance patient access and clinic reputation.
  • Administrative & Financial Management: Oversee clinic financial performance, including revenue trends, collections, and alignment with budget goals.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and support cost containment strategies.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews through meaningful performance analysis and insights.
  • Manage facility operations, vendor coordination, and supply oversight to support a well-functioning clinic environment.
  • As with any dynamic clinical setting, responsibilities may evolve to meet the changing needs of the clinic and support overall team success.
