The Role: As the Practice Manager, you are the operational and cultural heartbeat of the hospital. You’ll work side-by-side with the Medical Director and Assistant Practice Manager to lead the team, drive growth, manage the business, and create an environment where people are proud to work. This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” role. This is a lead, build, improve, and grow role.
