About The Position

OCB is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead administrative and operational performance for a multi-provider subspecialty across multiple locations.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring regular travel between offices, strong physician partnership, and oversight of both in-office and remote teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and excel at building cohesive, high-performing teams — we want to meet you.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare management experience
• Strong analytical and operational leadership skills
• Experience leading hybrid (remote + in-office) teams

Nice To Haves

• Epic experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma experience a plus
• Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Multi-site operations, workflows, and provider scheduling
• Template optimization and clinic flow efficiency
• Surgical and procedural scheduling coordination
• Staff recruitment, development, and performance management
• Data-driven decision making using operational and scheduling reports
• Budget oversight and resource management
