The Practice Manager plays a key role within an entrepreneurial and growing wealth management team, providing strategic support to a group of financial advisors. This position is responsible for turning innovative ideas and solutions into practical outcomes that benefit both the team and clients. A primary focus of the Practice Manager is to streamline internal processes and manage operational details, allowing advisors to dedicate more time to client engagement. The role requires strong business acumen to advance initiatives in sales, marketing, client service, and client retention. In addition to managing projects and team processes, the Practice Manager provides organized advisor team administration and professional client communication. While this position oversees and supports the team’s success, it does not include supervisory responsibilities. The Practice Manager position is non-exempt, located onsite in our Manhattan, KS office, and reports to the Growth Development Manager.
