This role involves leading a talented team that delivers five-star care, managing schedules and daily operations, partnering with doctors and leadership, and developing the team through feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Experience in dental, medical, or business management.
• A leader’s mindset: confident, coachable, and accountable.
• Passion for people — both patients and teammates.
• A track record of turning goals into wins and chaos into order.
• H.S. diploma with a college degree or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of two years dental experience in a management role.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.
• Proficiency with computer and dental software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team that delivers five-star care — every patient, every visit.
• Manage schedules, goals, and daily operations that drive production and culture.
• Partner with doctors and leadership to execute the playbook — and improve it.
• Develop your team through feedback, coaching, and clarity.
• Protect time, energy, and results like a pro.
• Conduct regular staff huddles; foster open communication, provide organization and practice updates and continually challenge and develop staff.
• Stay current with the latest OSHA, HIPAA and ADA regulations.
• Build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctors and staff.
• Help build new patient growth by supporting marketing programs.
• Ensure that the practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern.
