About The Position

This position supports Sinai Physician Practices. The Practice Manager is responsible for all revenue cycle functions performed in the faculty practice through collaboration and communication with physicians, staff, and billing services to ensure efficient and effective operations. Manages the staff and operations of the faculty practice, evaluating operational needs and providing recommendations to continually improve performance against budget, and standards.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
• Education discipline in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; IDX; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Financial and business planning skills; Interpersonal communication skills; Written communication skills; ICD-9 and CPT coding familiarity.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf.
