The Practice Manager RMG reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Practice Manager is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring operations to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient care in a specialty physician practice while creating an inspiring and rewarding environment for staff members. The Practice Manager is responsible for the operational management and coordination of the overall activities, clinical services and programs for the practice.
