The position at CHA Broadway Care Center involves providing daily administrative support for the delivery of primary care services.   • Oversee daily site operations including systems for appointment scheduling, registration, and telephone coverage.
  • Ensure optimal access for patients through effective management of provider templates and patient booking.
  • Provide local facility management leadership and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with Alliance service lines for effective delivery of support services, including facilities management and medical records management.
  • Manage site-based communication systems and staff meeting agendas.
  • Establish staff schedules and monitor adherence; manage time sheets approval.
  • Support and participate in developing leadership roles among staff and collaborate in hiring processes.
  • Supervise support staff and complete performance evaluations; ensure appropriate access for all staff.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted.
  • Five years of management experience in Ambulatory Care operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing diverse, multi-lingual, multicultural staff.
  • Demonstrated Systems Improvement experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole preferred.
