Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in occupational health services.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the occupational health team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality occupational health services. Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain best practices and standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Travel quarterly to different locations as required to oversee operations and ensure consistent quality of services.
