The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and collaborative Practice Manager for our Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinics located on our Boise and Nampa Medical Center campuses!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field.
• Eight (8) or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of supervisor/manager experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Thorough knowledge of ambulatory practice and operations and customer requirements.
• Strong organizational skill set, experience with change management, strong collaboration skills, and experience with finance/budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the clinics including managing 8 providers (2 full-time doctors, 1 full-time APP, and 5 PRN doctors), 1 Genetic Counselor, 1 RN Supervisor shared with another clinic, 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 Lead Patient Service Rep, and 2 Patient Service Representatives.
• Work closely with the manager who oversees 6 Sonographers.
• Responsible for the workflow functions, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures of the practices with the result of meeting or exceeding the established financial and other objectives set in cooperation with medical group leadership.
• Responsible for Leadership/Management, Operations, Human Resource Management, Customer Service, Financial Management, Quality & Compliance, Business Development, and Communication and Teamwork.
