About The Position
This position is responsible for managing the patient experience at assigned practices within the LPG Urology Oncology department. The role encompasses overseeing the effective performance of the practice, including staff management, workflow development, patient scheduling, and financial performance. The manager will develop operational plans and budgets, implement performance improvement strategies, and ensure compliance with billing practices. The position also involves recruitment, development, and supervision of staff, while promoting teamwork and reflecting the mission and values of the Lee Memorial Health System.
