The Practice Manager II at SMJMJ Forest Lakes partners with clinical leadership in a dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices. This role involves managing 11-24 staff members and/or operations with a complexity score of 2 for hospital or office-based specialties. The manager provides overall supervision of staff and oversees all operational aspects, including customer service, budget management, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. The Practice Manager II is also accountable for monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance.
