About The Position

The Practice Manager II oversees daily operations for a single practice, ensuring a high-performing, efficient, and patient-focused environment. They are responsible for financial performance, team leadership, and operational excellence. This includes managing budgets, meeting revenue goals, and implementing action plans to support practice growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant management experience is preferred.
  • Proven leadership acumen, with multi-site management experience preferred.
  • Sophisticated understanding of P&L management and business growth principles.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
  • Exceptional communication skills that resonate with both team members and distinguished clientele.
  • Open availability: Able to work Sunday through Saturday during operating hours, with a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
  • This position requires knowledge of various aspects of patient care.
  • Must possess good organizational skills to balance clerical and clinical duties.
  • This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
  • Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
  • Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
  • Employees will be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).

Responsibilities

  • Manage provider schedules, including PTO approvals, shift coverage, and daily adjustments.
  • Coordinate scheduling, service standards, and practice priorities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee payroll submission, team communication, and time management processes.
  • Partner with the Back of House (BOH) Manager on ordering, inventory, and supply management.
  • Maintain seamless communication between Front of House (FOH) and BOH to ensure alignment on priorities and workflow.
  • Lead planning and coordination of monthly promotions in partnership with manufacturer representatives.
  • Build and manage the promotions calendar, aligning offers with inventory levels and provider availability.
  • Collaborate with the BOH Manager to operationalize promotions and ensure consistent in-practice execution.
  • Draft and route monthly promotional emails and practice updates for approval.
  • Coordinate deployment schedules with the marketing consultant and FOH posting calendar.
  • Track and report on promotional performance, highlighting key results and opportunities.
  • Co-lead content creation and posting cadence with the BOH Manager.
  • Ensure consistent communication of promotions, events, and team updates across all social platforms.
  • Organize and lead team meetings to review performance goals, updates, and priorities.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions focused on guest experience, service standards, and promotional execution.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on service protocols, retail strategies, and FOH/BOH processes.
  • Lead short promotional briefings to ensure all team members are confident in presenting current offers.
