Position Summary: The Practice Manager – Concierge Medicine is a key operational and strategic leader for ensuring an exceptional white-glove experience for patients enrolled in a concierge medical practice. This role blends practice operations, patient experience, sales and membership growth, and brand/marketing strategy. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership position in a wellness/medical spa, hospitality/luxury service, or similar customer-centric field.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Prior membership sales experience preferred.
