The Practice Manager / Clinic Manager at Kaleidoscope ABA plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring effective management of staff and services. This position is integral to the organization's mission of delivering quality services to children with autism, involving responsibilities such as recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks. The manager will also maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery, support various departments, and act as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the center including staff and service management.
  • Oversee recruitment and scheduling of staff.
  • Ensure customer service excellence and handle administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery for each case.
  • Assist in creating and managing a master schedule for clinical cases.
  • Act as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff regarding case assignments and staff availability.
  • Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments in their functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.
  • 5 years of management experience in a professional environment, preferably in medical or behavioral health settings.
  • Experience in building and retaining customers.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience managing and developing staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong rapport-building skills, especially on the phone.
  • Ability to work independently towards assigned goals.
