Practice Manager, Breast Specialists
About The Position
As the Practice Manager for Community Health Partners ( Community Health Partners ) Outpatient Breast Care Center, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee our clinic and hospital-based practice's daily administrative and clinical operations for our growing medical oncology practice. Collaborating with various departments within our system, you will participate in regular operation meetings with the Medical Director, coordinate interdisciplinary care, establish procedures and standards, manage budgets and payments, and supervise and train office and administrative staff. This is a unique opportunity to be integral to our practice's improvement, efficiency and effectiveness, all while assisting in advancing the breast care program.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirements
- 2 years of practice / healthcare experience required
