The position oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinic(s). The role is responsible for oversight of 7 or more providers or more than one clinic/department, as well as the fiscal management of the assigned clinics. The individual will plan, process, and utilize resources to ensure that goals and objectives are met. Daily interactions will occur with physicians, staff, and patients. The position also involves developing and implementing process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors, performing to self standards, assisting with hiring and mentoring of team members, and working with other departments and vendors as needed.
