The position oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinic(s). The individual is responsible for the oversight of 7 or more providers or more than one clinic/department, as well as the fiscal management of the assigned clinics. The role involves planning, processing, and utilizing resources to ensure that goals and objectives are met. Daily interactions with physicians, staff, and patients are a key part of the job. The individual will also develop and implement process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors. Additionally, the position requires performing to self standards and assisting with the hiring and mentoring of team members, while working with other departments and vendors as needed.
