Requirements

  • Intermediate level of experience, typically around 5 or more years, with business consulting and/or vendor management, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) certification or a commitment to obtaining it.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with financial professionals to assess firm technology offerings and recommend solutions that align with business needs and budget constraints.
  • Research, evaluate, and negotiate with third-party technology providers for inclusion in the Value Added Technology Program.
  • Maintain relationships with existing vendors and recruit new technology partners.
  • Conduct technology demonstrations for prospective financial professionals and recruits to showcase the firm's technology support and solutions.
  • Provide individualized coaching and consulting to financial professionals on best practices for leveraging technology in their business.
  • Stay informed on the latest technology trends in financial services and broker/dealer operations.
  • Develop best practice guides on efficiency, electronic marketing, and emerging industry technology.
  • Recruit technology vendors to sponsor conferences and participate in Recruiting Home Office Visits to showcase technology solutions to prospective financial professionals.
  • Generate reports from CRM, Compass, and other internal systems to track program metrics and provide insights to administration.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to financial professionals and recruits, demonstrating how technology solutions can enhance their practice.
