The Practice Management Senior provides operational and strategic support to the Consulting Service Line, driving process improvement, consistency, and execution across business lines and practices. The role partners closely with Practice Management leadership, Consulting leaders, and Enterprise Solutions & Operations (ESO) functions to ensure smooth operations, alignment with firm initiatives, and a focus on efficiency and quality. This individual plays a key role in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and supporting change management initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
