About The Position

ADP is hiring a Practice Leader, Workforce Management, GES. Do you have experience and value-added expertise with ADP's Workforce Management (WFM) Offerings? Does being a subject matter expert appeal to you? GES sales is looking for a Practice Leader to help us grow product sales in our market: In this role, you will work within a defined set of sales teams or markets in our enterprise space of 1k+ employee organizations, assisting the sales efforts in either our US Enterprise or US Global divisions.

Requirements

• Experience Selling WFM Offerings.
• Proven subject matter expert with experience selling Workforce Manager and other WFM offerings.
• Ability to have business conversations with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting in business case creation.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Five+ years of prior work experience or military experience.

• A college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategy sessions with field partners daily.
• Identify high probability opportunities and contribute to account strategy.
• Provide answers and help troubleshoot questions from the field and Competitive Intel.
• Provide deal support and deal execution.
• Participate in client-facing meetings and strategy pods weekly.
• Provide thought leadership and attend team meetings.
• Communicate wins and insights and connect with implementation and service partners.
• Participate in win room calls and share success stories monthly and quarterly.
• Support go to market activities and help win business.
