About The Position
The position involves leading the overall West Cyber / Tech E&O strategy and P&L, focusing on growth through attracting new clients and retaining existing ones. The role requires collaboration with Producers, Associates, and the Center to drive business success. The candidate will be responsible for managing Associate capacity, identifying business needs, and mitigating risks. Additionally, the role includes developing and executing renewal and service strategies, fostering partnerships with Cyber insurance markets, and supporting Associate recruitment and development.
