Practice Leader, Advertising Analytics Company Overview: Real Chemistry’s Analytics and Insights group is an industry leading analytics practice focused on delivering high-impact solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. We operate across four key disciplines: Primary Market Research (PMR), Social and Digital Analytics, Omnichannel Measurement, and Real-World Data Analytics. Our team is deeply committed to supporting the success of our clients through innovative, data-driven insights that empower strategic decision-making. As part of our growth strategy, we are investing in expanding our Advertising Analytics capabilities and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Leader to help us unlock new business opportunities and drive the success of this line of business which currently drives 3.8M in revenue. Role Overview The Practice Leader for Advertising Analytics will own the vision and delivery of analytics services across end-to-end advertising engagements. This leader will combine strategic insight, commercial acumen, and deep marketing expertise to embed analytics into creative marketing and omnichannel programs for healthcare clients, including leading life sciences company. The role requires growing revenue with analytics as a service, navigating complex matrixed organizations, and building and delivering analytics programs with staying power.
