Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, SRE, or DevOps, including substantial experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record implementing and leading technology operations solutions, especially within professional services or consulting contexts.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation tools, CI/CD practices, monitoring, and incident response.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading global, distributed technical teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving results with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Virtasant’s global Technology Operations practice, overseeing technical strategy, service delivery, team management, and innovation.
• Develop and implement technology operations solutions across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and site reliability engineering.
• Collaborate closely with Virtasant leadership, sales, delivery, and product teams to align the Technology Operations offerings with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of technical operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Stay current on emerging cloud technologies and operational methodologies, proactively bringing innovation to Virtasant’s service offerings, particularly in the areas of automation and artificial intelligence.
