The Practice Lead, Surgical Coordinator position provides a centralized point of contact for operational needs of the practice and, in addition to their primary role (Medical Receptionist, Certified Medical Assistant, etc.), serves as the liaison between practice leadership and staff. May be assigned to other offices in a 30-mile radius for coverage as needed. This posting is for all current Ocean Orthopedic Team Members that are either per diem, part-time, or full-time status and are located in the Toms River or Morganville office.

Requirements

• HS Diploma
• 2+ years experience in a medical office with 4+ providers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a centralized point of contact for operational needs of the practice.
• Act as a liaison between practice leadership and staff.
• May be assigned to other offices in a 30-mile radius for coverage as needed.
