Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & P&L Ownership Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for the Cloud and Security practice Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization Monitor key financial KPIs (GM, OM, utilization, realization, backlog, revenue leakage) Provide financial insight to support strategic and operational decisions Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning Partner with practice leadership on growth plans, investments, and headcount planning Ensure forecast accuracy and proactive risk/opportunity identification Pricing, Deals & Commercial Governance Act as the finance lead for large deals, renewals, and transformations Support pricing strategy, deal structuring, margin analysis, and risk assessment Review contracts for financial compliance (pricing, billing, revenue recognition) Ensure adherence to financial governance and approval frameworks Business Partnering Serve as a trusted advisor to Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Sales Translate financial data into actionable business insights Influence decision-making through scenario modeling and ROI analysis Operational Finance & Controls Oversee project financial performance (billing, WIP, revenue recognition) Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements Identify and mitigate financial risks across delivery and commercial operations Performance Management & Reporting Develop and present executive-level financial dashboards and reviews Analyze trends, variances, and root causes; recommend corrective actions Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of finance managers/analysts/business partners Set clear objectives, coach talent, and build a high-performing finance organization Key Stakeholders Practice & Portfolio Leaders Sales & Account Management Delivery & Operations Leaders Group Finance, FP&A, and Controllership Legal, Procurement, and HR Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred Experience 15+ years of finance experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology in a Divisional CFO or Head of Finance role Strong experience in P&L management and business partnering Proven track record supporting large-scale deals and complex delivery models Experience with global delivery and multi-geo financial management Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of IT services economics (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services) Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Executive communication and influencing skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and BI tools About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 15+ years of finance experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology in a Divisional CFO or Head of Finance role
  • Strong experience in P&L management and business partnering
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale deals and complex delivery models
  • Experience with global delivery and multi-geo financial management
  • Deep understanding of IT services economics (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services)
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Executive communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and BI tools

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
