Dr. Keeter and Dr. Geiger are seeking an outstanding professional to step into a newly designed leadership support role as the Practice Facilitator to help bring their vision to life and elevate operations to the highest level. Position Overview The Practice Facilitator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the doctors’ vision and overseeing the daily non-clinical operations of a large multi-doctor practice. This role does not manage clinical care or treatment decisions. Instead, the Facilitator ensures that systems run efficiently, hospitality standards remain elevated, and the team is fully supported so they can focus on delivering world-class patient care. The ideal candidate is a calm executor, strategic thinker, operational leader, and culture champion. Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight Monitor day-to-day office flow and proactively identify inefficiencies
  • Ensure doctor directives are implemented and followed through
  • Maintain and monitor online reputation (Google reviews, social media presence)
  • Uphold and elevate hospitality standards throughout the patient experience
  • Coordinate repairs, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as primary liaison for external vendors and service providers
  • Support a culture aligned with the doctors’ vision
  • Oversee hours of operation and staffing alignment
  • Systems & Performance Management Develop and maintain checklists and standard operating procedures
  • Oversee referral systems, marketing coordination, scheduling, and staffing systems
  • Review KPIs and performance metrics; participate in monthly discussions with doctors and MB2
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and accountability
  • Administrative & Leadership Support Coordinate Continuing Education (CE) for doctors and the team
  • Track and manage facility contracts
  • Improve front desk systems and workflow
  • Ensure compliance tasks are completed (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate leadership development initiatives
  • Strategic Problem Solving Identify operational gaps and propose effective solutions
  • Address non-clinical issues before they escalate
  • Serve as a neutral support and stabilizing presence for the team
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability
