About The Position

Primary Responsibilities: Partner daily with firm leaders, principals, analysts and client-facing business leaders to translate financial data and complex concepts into clear, actionable insights that drive growth across diverse firm initiatives Design and implement tracking methodologies and reporting systems to monitor progress against current and emerging strategic firm priorities Build and maintain monthly and quarterly practice performance dashboards and workbooks, ensuring wealth management practices stay aligned with firm-wide growth objectives Prepare executive-level reports in collaboration with Data Engineering, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to ensure consistency and accuracy of data reporting across the organization Leverage research tools and data analysis to identify and evaluate new business development opportunities in private client and institutional markets Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to enhance team efficiency, knowledge sharing, and operational scalability Required Qualifications: Financial Expertise: 2+ years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, or financial analytics roles with deep understanding of financial statements, revenue recognition, and performance measurement Industry Background: Experience working for a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), financial services firm, or corporate tax environment strongly preferred Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce with experience in executive reporting. Skills in SQL and Power BI, and experience managing data models and automated reporting processes preferred. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues while working under tight monthly deadlines Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders including executive leadership Project Leadership/Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-team initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive results through influence rather than direct authority Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic thinking combined with hands-on technical capability, comfortable diving deep into data issues while maintaining big-picture perspective Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related quantitative field; CPA or relevant professional certifications a plus Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Why Cerity Partners : Our people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Requirements
