This role involves the collection of accurate patient demographics, insurance verification, referral processing, and various other areas of data entry. The coordinator also manages the daily operations of the physician office, including medical records, patient and physician scheduling, front desk oversight, appointment confirmation, and office supply ordering. Key financial responsibilities include charge entry, patient balance processing, and daily reconciliation of charges and payments.
