Practice Coach
About The Position
The Practice Coach plays a key role in supporting and strengthening our dental practices by coaching Office Managers and clinic teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding patient care. This position focuses on developing strong leaders, improving workflows, and fostering a positive, collaborative clinic culture. As a trusted partner to Office Managers, Doctors, and leadership, you’ll provide hands-on coaching, analyze performance metrics, and guide improvement initiatives that directly impact team success and patient experience. Schedule Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule while making a meaningful impact Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No late evenings, No weekends
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-location dental practice management experience
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel within the region and hold a valid driver’s license
