About The Position

The Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, will be responsible for the clinical day-to-day operations of the center, focusing on patient satisfaction, scheduling, budgets, and more. This role involves providing direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visits, assessment, advocating for patients, and working in conjunction with clinicians on medications and care plans. The supervisor will also provide assistance and guidance, serving as an expert resource to Certified Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses. Additionally, the supervisor will conduct phone triaging, oversee medication management, and utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. The role includes overseeing practice clinical projects and initiatives, assisting in cost management, coordinating stock management, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the clinical day-to-day operations of the center, including patient satisfaction, scheduling, and budgets.
• Provides direct patient care, including preparation for patient visits, assessment, and advocating for patients.
