About The Position

Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical areas of AMG Cardiology along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, NJ. Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Manager, RN: Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants Conducts phone triaging Oversees medication management Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's required.
• Valid NJ RN License

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
• 5+ years experience direct Rheumatology or related experience
• Ability to multi task and handle a lot at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities
