The Practice Client Leader will be responsible for defining and developing Salesforce solution offerings, accelerators, and industry-specific templates that align with market trends and client needs. This role involves collaborating with technical teams to create innovative, scalable, and repeatable Salesforce solutions, as well as identifying opportunities to integrate AI, data analytics, and emerging Salesforce technologies into offerings. The leader will also develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Salesforce solutions across key industries, partnering with marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions, messaging, and campaigns. Additionally, the role includes training and enabling sales teams, creating sales collateral, and acting as a subject matter expert in key client engagements and presentations. Building strong relationships with Salesforce account executives and partners is crucial for driving co-selling opportunities and aligning on joint GTM initiatives. The Practice Client Leader will monitor market trends and continuously identify opportunities to enhance the Salesforce offerings portfolio while working closely with sales leadership to align offerings with revenue growth goals.
