The Practice Client Leader will be responsible for defining and developing Salesforce solution offerings, accelerators, and industry-specific templates that align with market trends and client needs. This role involves collaborating with technical teams to create innovative, scalable, and repeatable Salesforce solutions, as well as identifying opportunities to integrate AI, data analytics, and emerging Salesforce technologies into offerings. The leader will also develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Salesforce solutions across key industries, partnering with marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions, messaging, and campaigns. Additionally, the role includes training and enabling sales teams, building strong relationships with Salesforce account executives and partners, monitoring market trends, and working closely with sales leadership to align offerings with revenue growth goals.
