Brigham Health Harbor Medical Associates is a large multispecialty Ambulatory Practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations in the South Shore. Our team, which includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff, is committed to delivering prompt, expert, and compassionate care to our patients. We cater to a wide range of health needs, from general health maintenance to the treatment of complex medical conditions. Our physicians are affiliated with South Shore Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, ensuring that our patients receive advanced care tailored to their specific medical conditions. We are currently seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team at the Pembroke location. This role is crucial in supporting the call volume for Harbor Medical Associates, which includes both Family Practice and Specialties. The Call Center Representative will handle approximately 60-100 inbound calls daily, focusing on scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and troubleshooting issues. The primary goal is to ensure that all callers receive timely, efficient, and high-quality service, reflecting our commitment to patient care. This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, located at 15 Corporate Park Drive, Pembroke, MA 02359.
