About The Position

The Practice Administrator Senior for Primary Care/Pediatrics/Endocrinology oversees the operations of a free-standing center or multiple larger scope or higher revenue practices within Core Physicians LLC, with a particular emphasis on growth and expansion. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer/Group Practice and may have Practice Supervisors and/or Practice Administrators reporting to it. The role requires a commitment to fostering an environment of teamwork and ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Core.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in centers or practices of greater scope, complexity, or revenue.
• Builds relationships with physicians, providers, and all staff to ensure physician/provider and employee satisfaction.
• Fosters an environment of teamwork at all levels of the practice.
• Manages staff performance in a timely and effective manner through practice supervisors.
• Works with Core CMO and others to resolve physician/provider performance or behavioral issues.
• Accountable for patient-centric access model and works with practice providers to maximize daily productivity.
• Has situational awareness of daily operations and responds to situations requiring immediate attention.
• Responsible for implementing and completing position-based standard work, including Lean principles.
• Develops, advances, and maintains a culture of continuous quality improvement.
• Manages access, volume, revenue, and controllable expenses to budget.
• Improves and maintains positive patient care experience and patient safety.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and context-setting communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills using input and feedback from stakeholders.
• Responsible for practice's performance to budget, including collection of co-pays and insurance verification.
• Responsible for growth of access to new patients and of referral base.
