About The Position

TMH Physician Partners Quincy is looking for a Practice Administrator I to join our team. The Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. Takes the lead in developing the action plan to move the practice in the direction provided by the Executive Director in concert with the practice physicians. Responsibilities include: planning, financial management, personnel management, policy development, clinic management, regulation compliance, staff development, etc. Includes meeting budget, demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. Implement the staffing pattern for colleagues. Responsibility & counsel with supervisory personnel for review of staff suggestions, departmental issues, employee recruitment and oversight and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a medical practice.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of patient privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation and cost control.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the vision of the practice as directed by the Executive Director and practice physicians.
  • Develop action plans to move the practice forward.
  • Manage financial aspects including budget preparation and cost control.
  • Oversee personnel management and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and healthcare standards.
  • Manage clinic operations and policy development.
  • Review staff suggestions and departmental issues.
  • Handle employee recruitment and disciplinary actions.
