About The Position

Ridgewater College is seeking applicants for a gifted RN to teach and lead instruction for our Practical Nursing program on the Willmar campus. Courses include clinical and lab instruction. The successful candidate will be assigned a mentor and instructional guidance for a successful transition to the nurse educator role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a graduate degree in support of the field of nursing and/or education with a bachelor’s degree in nursing if the graduate degree is not in Nursing.
• Two full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience as a registered nurse at the professional level.
• Current unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse (RN) with current registration in Minnesota.
• One year of work experience within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.

Responsibilities
