About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Substance Abuse Residential Rehabilitation Program (SARRTP) promotes a healing, recovery-focused environment for Veterans. They support patient-centered care, recovery principles, and address Veterans' medical and mental health needs. The LPN uses therapeutic communication, de-escalation techniques, and recovery-oriented language. Responsibilities include medication management, orientation, unit safety, group activities, and other needs within SARRTP.
