About The Position
We are seeking a Principal UX Designer & Strategist to focus on an ecosystem of software, app, and on-device UI platforms that deliver connected home and building experiences for our users and professional installers. You will be responsible for engaging key product managers & stakeholders, partnering with cross-functional teams, and leading designers to create world-class experiences at each step of the journey – from install, support and renewal. In this position, you will collaborate with business, marketing, engineering and design colleagues on site and distributed globally. People who are successful in our environment have highly collaborative skills with an ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels in multidisciplinary teams.
