About The Position

We are seeking a PR & Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our public relations, influencer, and affiliate programs. This person will be responsible for building brand visibility, strengthening partnerships, and driving measurable revenue growth. The PR & Partnerships Manager will oversee at least one team member and bring at least three years of experience managing others. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and bring deep knowledge of the Christian publishing industry alongside proven expertise in PR, influencer relations, and affiliate strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing others, with proven ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Strong knowledge of the Christian publishing industry and its audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PR, influencer marketing, and affiliate program management.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through partnerships and campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with influencer and affiliate platforms, reporting tools, and budget management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR strategies that build brand awareness and strengthen The Daily Grace Co.’s reputation within Christian publishing and beyond.
  • Oversee influencer and affiliate programs, ensuring partnerships are aligned with brand values and optimized for growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners.
  • Manage the Affiliate and Social Media Team, providing leadership and accountability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate PR and partnerships into larger campaign strategies.
  • Track and report on PR, influencer, and affiliate performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with partners and affiliates.
  • Proactively identify new partnership opportunities that expand reach and grow revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in PR, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and the Christian publishing landscape.
  • Other duties as assigned.
