About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we strive to serve a diverse clientele.

Requirements

  • Postsecondary education with at least 60 approved credits, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Availability to work 9:00 a.m. TO 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, including weekends.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in call centers or within the healthcare field.
  • Good computer and data entry skills.
  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are documented accurately in our systems.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
