About The Position

The PR & Communications Manager is responsible for owning Verne’s external communications and public relations activity across multiple markets.
The role provides dedicated management of Verne’s PR agency and acts as the central owner of external messaging, narrative consistency, and communications planning. This is a senior individual contributor role, working closely with Marketing leadership, regional teams, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the relationship with Verne’s PR agency, including briefing, prioritisation, and quality control
• Drive consistent external messaging and narratives across regions and markets
• Support brand launches, announcements, and thought leadership activity
• Coordinate communications timing and activity across local markets
• Work closely with senior leaders and subject-matter experts to shape external communications
• Reduce reliance on senior leadership for day-to-day PR management
