As the PR and Communications Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated brand strategies and plans that build R1 brand awareness, inspire clients and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Here’s what you will experience working as a PR and Communications Director: Protect and grow awareness of the R1 brand and enable R1 to be a thought leader in how to simplify healthcare Create, build and maintain corporate-wide brand campaigns to position R1 as the leader in healthcare technology for revenue cycle management Build and manage strong relationship with PR firms and journalists to support proactive announcement, media inquiries and ongoing campaigns Conceptualize and write brand related content including press releases, blogs, bylined articles, social media posts, white papers, e-books, infographics, webinars, etc. Monitor and report on R1-related news, research and analyze news coverage on key topics, as needed Capture and maintain metrics for brand awareness and marketing communications-related activities such as website traffic, social media engagement, earned media placement and share of voice Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from sales, creative, internal communications, product marketing, IT and legal – to deliver effective content materials Create and maintain project plans to successfully move all tasks forward in a timely, cooperative and efficient manner
