An Account Supervisor with bread & Butter is a media ninja, ball juggler, task master, industry insider and has a proven background working with top hospitality brands. You serve as the talent authority, acting as a mentor and inspiration to junior team members while nimbly managing up to your leaders. You listen to your clients, can shift course midstream, are resourceful and can help guide your team to get from A to Z. You read everything from the New York Times to Travel + Leisure and like to go big – because going home isn’t an option. You’re working to be a problem solver and you value the relationships you’re building with media and industry friends. An Account Supervisor for bread & Butter is responsible for overall strategy for clients, overseeing and supporting with media outreach, media visits & press trips, special events and partnerships, as well as managing account teams on a day-to-day basis. Account Supervisors will serve as liaisons between the Account Director and the account teams, acting as a primary day to day manager for clients with support from Account Directors. Account Supervisors oversee the work of Senior/Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives and report to the Account Director.
